SALARY : R338 106 per annum (Level 07), (plus service benefits)

CENTRE : KwaMhlanga Mortuary (Nkangala District)

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate/Grade 12 plus three (3) years relevant experience or

Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Administration / Public

Management as recognized by SAQA. Computer literacy skills in excel, word

and power point and data capturing skills. Good communication skill and ability

to function independent. Strong administrative skill, innovative thinking, sound

interpersonal relationship. A pleasant telephone personality, good planning,

decision making, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Writing

and issuing of notices and commitment to meeting deadlines. Distributes

documents to various stakeholders as required. Keep and maintain the

incoming and outgoing register of the unit. Valid driver’s licence.

DUTIES : Render administrative and logistic support services for Forensic Pathology

Services. Management of case records and documentation. Coordination of

mortuary administration processes. Support to Forensic Pathology Services

Officers. Liaison with stakeholders, including South African Police Services

(SAPS) and bereaved families. Compliance with reporting and regulatory

requirements.
