</div><div><p>To support the effective management of Market Conduct Risk by conducting risk-based monitoring, analysing conduct-related data, evaluating adherence to the Group Market Conduct Risk Framework (GMCRF), regulatory requirements and industry best practices, identifying emerging risks and customer harm indicators, and providing actionable insights that promote fair customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, sound conduct risk management, and sustainable business practices.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2>

<li>Execute risk-based monitoring activities to assess adherence to conduct risk requirements.</li>
<li>Analyse conduct-related data, complaints, incidents, KRIs and customer outcome metrics.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain market conduct risk reporting, dashboards and management information.</li>
<li>Support enhancement of the GMCRF, policies and methodologies.</li>
<li>Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for governance forums.</li>
<li>Engage stakeholders and provide actionable risk insights.</li>
<li>Participate in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. Staff surveys etc.); thereby contributing to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals.</li>
<li>Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.</li>
<li>Add value to Nedbank by identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies.</li>
<li>Agree contract deliverables; services; timelines with all stakeholders in line project management principles.</li>
<li>Identify training courses and career progression opportunities for self with input from management; to improve personal capability.</li>
<li>Ensure all learning activities are completed within specified time frames to support personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Improve team success by sharing market conduct risk knowledge with team to ensure market conduct risk management information is provided correctly to stakeholders.</li>
