Maintenance Automation Solutions</li> <li>Involvement in POT/POC, evaluation of new technologies and functionalities</li> <li>Drive adoption of Technologies</li> <li>Ensure CoE governance and Standards are applied and maintained</li> <li>Application of business process evaluation and mapping techniques to describe current business processes and identify the feasibility of optimising business results through automation.</li> <li>Determine the current productivity using existing business processes.</li> <li>Apply evaluation and estimation techniques to estimate and project the possible productivity improvements using automated processes.</li> <li>Calculate the cost benefits of automation.</li> <li>Document required business case information, including potential risk and risk reduction.</li> <li>Application of process re-engineering techniques to optimise business processes.</li> <li>Evaluate business process performance.</li> <li>Develop business process improvements.</li> <li>Test and verify improvements.</li> <li>Develop implementation processes.</li> <li>The application of specific process constructor techniques to describe the ideal and feasible automated process indicating the expected productivity improvements.</li> <li>Define the automated process.</li> <li>Develop a solution design.</li> <li>Anticipate risks.</li> <li>Improve design to mitigate/eliminate risks.</li> <li>Provide Coaching and Mentorship.</li> <li>Execution of coding and programming activities in order to create sustainable, reusable automation artefacts, and the execution of quality tests.</li> <li>Interpret the solution design and define process and object design instructions.</li> <li>Use development techniques and programming language to build the required objects.</li> <li>Conduct peer coding reviews.</li> <li>Facilitate user acceptance testing</li> <li> <p>Camunda (Expert)<br>•    Advanced proficiency in Camunda: workflow design, development, orchestration and operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Power Platform (Expert)<br>•    Power Apps: building canvas and model-driven apps.<br>•    Power Automate: building of medium to complex flows<br>•    Power BI: data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.<br>•    Copilot Agents: chatbot development and integration.<br>•    Dataverse and connectors: understanding of data architecture and integration.</p> </li> <li>Robotic Process Automation (Proficient)<br>•    Advanced proficiency in Blue Prism: process design, object development, control room operations.<br>•    Familiarity with UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Agentic AI &amp; Intelligent Automation (Proficient)<br>•    Understanding of agentic AI concepts: autonomous task execution, goal-oriented agents, and LLM integration.<br>•    Experience with Azure OpenAI, or custom GPT-based agents.<br>•    Knowledge of prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and AI governance.</li> <li> <p>Integration &amp;
