Operations Manager - Healthcare

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and improving patient care delivery while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and improve service quality within healthcare programs.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve optimal operational performance and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline processes and improve workflow for enhanced patient care delivery.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement through data-driven decision-making.
- Lead projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service delivery within the healthcare environment.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience with healthcare technology systems and electronic health records (EHR) management.
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes in a healthcare setting.
