SALARY : R237 453 per annum

CENTRE : Service Priorities Coordination, Increasing Wellness

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Experience: Appropriate experience. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid

driver’s license. Willingness to travel throughout the Province. Competencies

(knowledge/skills): Knowledge and understanding of public health, project

management, health promotion and cross-sectoral partnership. Good

interpersonal and research skills. Computer literacy (MS suite, and digital

platforms). Administrative skills. Ability to prioritise and organise work, exercise

self-discipline and function under pressure, to work independently and in a

team. Creativity, self-motivation, assertiveness and ability to innovate and take

initiative.

DUTIES : General Office Administration across Life Course Priority Areas. Provide

logistical coordination and event management support for provincial, district,

and intersectoral campaigns across the life-course portfolios. Support the

financial and supply chain management (SCM) processes of the unit to ensure

the timely acquisition of resources and compliance with financial guidelines.

Record Keeping, Database Maintenance, and Monitoring and evaluation

Support.
