SALARY : R932 292 – R1 098 195 per annum (Level 11), an all-inclusive remuneration
CENTRE : Amathole District – (Ku-Gompo City)
REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level
6)or preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) as recognised by SAQA,
Public Administration / Public Management/ Management/ Human Resource
Management, Supply Chain Management/ Financial Management. A minimum
of three (3) years’ experience at an assistant director level. In-depth knowledge
and understanding of corporate services management in public service.

DUTIES : Manage financial administration services. Ensure adherence and compliance
to finance legislations. Monitor budget expenditure and statements. Ensure
payment of service providers. Monitor banking and revenue services. Manage
salary services. Ensure compliance on internal control requirements. Manage
supply chain services. Ensure provision of acquisition and demand services.
Ensure provision of logistics services. Ensure provision of facilities
management services. Provide transport services. Manage district movable
assets. Ensure compliance on asset management policy. Ensure disposal of
assets. Support and monitor verification of assets. Monitor asset register.
Manage the provision of human resource services. Compile and submit input
for the annual recruitment plan. Provide and support recruitment process.
Provide conditions of service. Ensure provision of registry services. Coordinate
human resource development and training services. Ensure provision of
integrated employee wellness services. Coordinate labour relations issues.
Manage administration support. Give input in the development of policies and
operational plans. Attend and respond to audit matters. Compile and submit
monthly and quarterly reports. Manage human and financial resources. Ensure
authenticity of the evidence provided. Maintain staff discipline.
