POST 26/148 : DEPUTY DIRECTOR: PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT REF NO:
SALARY : R932 292 per annum (Level 11), (all-inclusive package) to be structured in
accordance with the rules for Middle Management Services [MMS]
CENTRE : Midlands Region (Ladysmith)
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 plus a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 in the built
environment or related field. A minimum of 3 years’ related built environment
experience. Computer literacy (Word processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation
and Outlook). A valid Driver’s licence.
DUTIES : Manage the implementation of Programmes within the Region. Manage and
monitor programme expenditure and the preparation of financial progress
reports. Facilitate effective stakeholder and WIMS management. Deliver
policies and strategies aimed at improving service delivery. Manage the
resources of the Sub-Directorate.
