CENTRE : Head Office, Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : ABET 2 (NQF 1), plus the following key competencies: Knowledge of:

Knowledge of Public Service Act, Public Service portfolio, Working knowledge

of the political and parliamentary processes in South Africa Skills:

communication and diplomatic skills, Thinking Demand: Analytical thinking and

Creativity.

DUTIES : Clean kitchen utensils and equipment, provide catering support services. Keep

stock of kitchen utensils and equipment. Apply hygiene and safety measures,

maintain quality control measures of all food provided. Removal of garbage

disposal.

NOTE : All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry

assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s

suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other

ANNEXURE M

MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT AGENT

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is a Government Component within the Ministry for

Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs. It is a Schedule 3 entity regulated in terms of the Public

Service Act, 1994, as amended. MISA’s primary function is to support municipalities in infrastructure

planning implementation, operations, and maintenance.

and for SMS posts (4) verification a generic managerial competency

assessment and applicants could be required to provide consent for access to

employment contract and a performance agreement within 3 months of
