REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 plus Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of

three (3) experience in rendering a support service to senior management.

Computer literacy in the office software packages namely Word, Excel,

PowerPoint and Outlook.

DUTIES : Provides a secretarial support service. Renders administrative support

services. Provides support regarding meetings. Supports with the

administration of the budget for the office. Studies the relevant Public Service

and departmental prescripts/ policies and other documents and ensure that the

application thereof is understood properly.
