POST 26/212 : SENIOR PERSONNEL PRACTITIONER

SALARY : R413 001 per annum

CENTRE : Cape Winelands District Office

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate three-year National

Diploma/Degree. Experience: Appropriate experience in the field of Human

Resource Administration. Appropriate experience in the PERSAL system.

Inherent requirement of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness

to drive between the various Cape Winelands Sub Districts. Competencies

(knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and

PERSAL). Good knowledge and experience in Human Resource

Management. Ability to provide and facilitate training. Good interpersonal,

communication, presentation and writing skills.

DUTIES : Responsible for co-ordination, supervision and control of component as well as

support to supervisor. Assist with all transversal personnel practices, including

all employment practices, conditions of service and terminations and SPMS

within the district office and Sub districts. Render a support and advisory

service with regard to personnel administration and human resource

management. Provide training and advice with regards to all relevant HRM

policies, legislation, prescripts and procedure within the district to ensure the

correct implementation. Assist with the administration of FCE and Workplace

Assessments Monitor and enforce All CWD Institutions to comply with HR

policies. Coordination of HR Audit Action and CMI for the district Responsible

for audit compliance for the district. Responsible PILIR Administration for the

district. Render professional service with regards to district financial

Disclosures and ORW.
