SALARY : R237 453 per annum (Level 05)

CENTRE : Pietermaritzburg

REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or

equivalent with no previous experience required and a valid Drivers Licence.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: The successful

candidate must have: Administrative process; Report writing skills; Planning

and Organising skills; Interpersonal relations; flexibility; teamwork; Good

communication skills (verbal & written) with other Government Departments,

Private Sector, Staff, Municipalities; computer literacy and driving skills.

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be required to render an efficient and effective

general administration support services with the following key responsibilities:

Coordinate the allocation pool vehicles, maintain pool vehicles; Monitor and

report on vehicle usage; Verify log sheets and reconcile; Provide administrative

support services.
