The Car rental returns agent is responsible for ending the rental on a positive note with a welcome and send-off while assessing the vehicle being returned, identifying new damage and obtaining damage documents for charge-outs.
Qualifications:
- Completed matric
- Drivers License code 8 (Essential) plus customer services working experience and good computer literacy
Skills required
- Customer service focussed
- good communication, decision making, conflict management and assertiveness skills.
