Key Responsibility Areas:
- Analyses the effectiveness and synergy between transport and/or freight policies, practices,
plans and programmes. - Undertakes research, engagement and transport economics processes to develop transport
and freight strategic frameworks, policies and plans under supervision of the Senior Manager. - Undertakes strategic assessment and input on key transport and freight priority projects.
- Undertakes feasibility studies, conceptual design, project packaging, programmes & phasing
and financial/economic implications to inform transport and freight projects. - Co-ordinates specific administrative and activity related reporting and recordkeeping
requirements.

Essential Requirements:
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Economics or Transport Economics or any other related and
equivalent qualification. - Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 5 Years relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- 6 Years relevant experience.
