Senior C# Developer (WPF)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior C# Developer with expertise in WPF to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will focus on building and enhancing desktop applications, ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to best coding practices and design principles. You will play a key role in the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance desktop applications using C# and WPF.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces and implement new features.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases while ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects, implementing timely solutions to improve product stability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant tools and practices into the development process.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for codebases and development processes to facilitate team collaboration.
- Engage in agile development practices, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with C# and WPF, demonstrating strong programming skills.
- Familiarity with MVVM architecture and design patterns, specifically in the context of desktop applications.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for effective collaboration and code management.
- Solid understanding of OOP principles and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-setting.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the code.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional frameworks or languages, such as .NET Core, Xamarin, or JavaScript, is advantageous.
- Previous experience with cloud services or distributed systems would be a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks can enhance your contribution to cross-functional projects.
- Relevant certifications in software development or agile methodologies are beneficial.
