We are seeking a Vehicles Sales Trainee for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Gauteng. This role focuses on developing sales skills and product knowledge within the automotive sector, where you will gain hands-on experience in vehicle sales and customer engagement while working alongside seasoned sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues in managing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Demonstrable interest in the automotive industry and vehicle sales.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and sales management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and building relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications or training in sales, marketing, or automotive fields are a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive products and market trends will be beneficial.
