X4 Sales Representatives: New Vehicles - BYD Germiston

About the Role
We are seeking X4 Sales Representatives for New Vehicles at BYD Germiston. In this customer-facing role, you will focus on promoting and selling our range of new vehicles, ensuring an exceptional buying experience for customers. You will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with potential buyers and providing them with product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall dealership performance.
- Collaborate with team members to create promotional strategies that attract new customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and inventory management in accordance with dealership policies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or similar fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electric vehicles or knowledge of electric vehicle technology.
- Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
