AI enablement, adoption &amp; superuser community support</strong></h3> <p>(Stream 1 – individual enablement)</p> <p>· Support the Business’s AI enablement initiatives by assisting with the uplift of AI literacy and practical AI usage across middle-office teams.</p> <p>· Coordinate and support the Business AI superuser community by:</p> <p>o Assisting with the organisation of enablement sessions, forums and knowledge-sharing activities</p> <p>o Supporting superusers with documentation, templates and example use cases</p> <p>o Acting as an initial point of support for colleagues on basic AI usage and queries</p> <p>· Assist AI superusers and broader teams with:</p> <p>o Prompt development</p> <p>o Entry-level agent building and testing</p> <p>o Understanding responsible AI usage and approved AI tool capabilities</p> <p>· Support the embedding of AI usage into everyday workflows through communication, training support and change activities.</p> <p>· Work closely with the Business leadership, AI champions and senior enablement resources to support adoption initiatives.</p> <h3><strong>2. Process re-engineering &amp; AI solution support</strong></h3> <p>(Stream 2 – AI-enabled CIB workflows)</p> <p>· Assist in identifying and documenting opportunities within the Business where AI, automation or digital tools can:</p> <p>o Reduce manual effort</p> <p>o Improve turnaround times</p> <p>o Enhance output quality</p> <p>o Reduce operational and compliance risk</p> <p>· Support diagnostics, ideation and co-creation sessions by preparing materials, capturing insights and documenting potential AI use cases.</p> <p>· Contribute to hands-on solution support by:</p> <p>o Assisting with agent configuration and testing</p> <p>o Supporting rapid prototyping activities</p> <p>o Capturing user feedback and documenting solution concepts</p> <p>· Work under guidance with technology and enablement partners to support solution development and refinement.</p> <p>· Assist with documenting simplified, standardised and optimised middle-office workflows.</p> <h3><strong>3. Group-wide transformation support</strong></h3> <p>(Stream 3 – Group-wide transformation)</p> <p>· Support the Business’ alignment to group-wide AI strategic intent and prioritisation by:</p> <p>o Assisting with the documentation and consolidation of the Business’ AI initiatives, use cases and priorities</p> <p>o Supporting inputs into CIB and Group-level AI planning and prioritisation activities</p> <p>· Contribute to execution and governance activities by:</p> <p>o Preparing and maintaining documentation required for AI governance and oversight forums</p> <p>o Supporting adherence to agreed enterprise AI standards and controls</p> <p>· Assist with value realisation and tracking by:</p> <p>o Collecting and consolidating metrics related to efficiency, quality, risk reduction and employee experience</p> <p>o Supporting reporting into CIB and Group AI value tracking mechanisms</p> <p>· Support end-to-end ai programme visibility for client operations by:</p> <p>o Maintaining accurate records of AI use cases, pilots and scaled solutions</p> <p>o Assisting with preparation of updates, insights and playbacks for management and governance structures</p> <h3>Key deliverables</h3> <p>· Ongoing support to a functioning AI superuser community.</p> <p>· Documented AI-enabled and re-engineered middle-office process improvements.</p> <p>· Contributions to AI agents and tools embedded in Business workflows.</p> <p>· Accurate tracking and reporting of AI adoption and realised value.</p> <p>· Improved foundational understanding of AI capabilities, tools and responsible usage across the Business .</p> <p>· Enhanced individual efficiency of Business staff through supported use of AI tools and agents.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Essential Qualifications - NQF Level</H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees </li></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Preferred Qualification</H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in technology, such as:</p> <p>o Computer science / BSc Information Technology / Software engineering / Data science / related technical discipline</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Essential Certifications</H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Preferred Certifications</H2> </div><div><p>Blue Prism Associate Developer Certificate (Essential); Blue Prism Developer Certificate and Blue Prism Solution Designer Certificate  (Preferred)</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Experience Level</H2> </div><div><p>· Working knowledge of AI tools, particularly generative AI, agent-based solutions and productivity platforms (e.g. M365 Copilot or similar).
