Key responsibilities involve leading infrastructure design initiatives, setting strategy, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. The role requires strong technical expertise in cloud and on-prem technologies, security, and network architecture, along with project management and communication skills. A key focus must be on designing for resiliency, high availability and the remediation of single-points-of-failure.</p> <p><br>Beyond the core responsibilities of the role, the incumbent will be expected to lead the technology modernisation and transformation agenda across Nedbank Africa Regions.
