Are you passionate about building talent pipelines that enable business growth and operational excellence?

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Supply Chain and Distribution Centre leaders in attracting, assessing and securing the operational talent required to support business performance and future growth.

This role goes beyond filling vacancies—it focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines, providing labour market insights and partnering with the business to ensure workforce readiness across our Supply Chain network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical Supply Chain and Distribution Centre roles.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, assessment, interviews and selection using structured recruitment methodologies.
  • Provide labour market insights, salary benchmarking and talent availability intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring Employment Equity and recruitment governance compliance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting specialist Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution Centre positions.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Equity, labour market trends and recruitment best practices.
