Grade 12 (Matric). 2–3 years' supervisory or team leadership experience within a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment. 2–3 years' logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience. Experience managing inbound operations or returns processes. Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent planning and organisational ability. Supervise the day-to-day inbound returns operation. Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational targets. Ensure returned stock is received, inspected, and processed accurately. Monitor productivity and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate reporting and operational records. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve returns processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
