Outbound Supervisor II - Midrand DC

Grade 12 (Matric). 2–3 years' supervisory or leadership experience in a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment. 2–3 years' logistics or supply chain experience. Experience in outbound operations and returns management. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent planning and organisational ability. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.

Supervise the outbound returns team and daily operations. Ensure accurate processing and dispatch of returned stock. Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times. Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety requirements. Prepare operational reports and analyse performance trends. Coach and develop team members to improve performance. Work closely with internal departments to resolve returns-related issues. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
