Head: Security Operations and Liaison

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance in ensuring effective institutional protection and prevention of crime across Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) through the development and deployment of National strategies and special operations in collaboration with key industry stakeholders such as the South African Police Services (SAPS), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Justice, National Co-ordinating Committee (NICOC), State Security Agency (SSA), TRIM’s Corridor Managers, and compliance to achieve: *Protection of national key points *Protection of TRIM’s infrastructure, facilities, assets, and intellectual property; *Reduction in the level of crime and security risk within TRIM; *Minimisation of productivity and financial losses, *Development and review of security policies and standards, *Effective communication and roll-out security policies, *Enhanced contract risk management reporting, and *Protection of employees, customers’ assets, and clients
