Master Installation Electrician

The Master Installation Electrician is a person who has been registered as a Master Installation Electrician in terms of regulation 9 and who has been approved by the Chief Inspector for the verification and certification of the construction, testing and inspection of any electrical installation for efficient and effective custody, transfer and transport of petroleum products in liaison with Operations, Instrumentation and Mechanical departments in Transnet Pipelines. The Master Installation Electrician is responsible for electrical scheduling, inspection and to ensure safe working conditions.
