Our Business Intelligence team plays a critical role in analysing data, developing reporting solutions, and ensuring the integrity of information across multiple systems. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights, building reporting solutions, and supporting the business through accurate, consistent, and governed data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support Finance, Operations, and Retail business decisions
• Design, build, and optimise SQL reporting views and reusable data models
• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Analyse data across multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Validate and reconcile data across business systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain SQL, Excel, and BI reports to meet business reporting requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful business insights
• Contribute to reporting governance, documentation, and data quality standards
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working across multiple business systems and departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting role
• Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including writing and maintaining SQL views• •Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, POS, or similar business systems will be advantageous
• Valid driver's licence
