About the Role
The Cleaning Operations Manager - Logistics is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of cleaning operations across various sites. This role focuses on optimizing logistics to ensure efficient service delivery while managing teams effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee cleaning operations within logistics, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and logistics plans to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate training programs for cleaning staff to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all locations are adequately stocked.
- Evaluate and improve cleaning processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and keep them informed about service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleaning standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and financial controls related to cleaning operations and logistics.

Requirements
- Proven track record in managing cleaning operations or a similar role within logistics.
- Demonstrable experience in team management and staff development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the cleaning industry.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in cleaning management or facility maintenance.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with green cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Proficient in the use of cleaning management software or tools.
