POSITION: CONTROL ROOM SITE MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee all control room operations, ensure effective monitoring, communication, and incident management in line with client and company requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- PSIRA Grade A - Valid and registered
- Computer Literacy - MS Office, email, and control room systems
- NQF Level 5 Qualification in Management/Security Management
- Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a control room/security environment
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and radio procedures
- Strong report writing and communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems
2. Manage and coordinate site security officers
3. Ensure accurate occurrence book and incident report completion
4. Liaise with client, management and emergency services
5. Ensure compliance with PSIRA, OHS and client SOPs
