JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing, documenting, and implementing operational policies and procedures with the support of Management.
- Assistance with driving initiatives set out by Microsoft and the business.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate billing and forecasting.
- Identify areas of improvement within the CSP billing process by performing routine audits.
- Take Ownership of specific initiatives as requested e.g., CSP Direct/Indirect processes.
- Assisting with Microsoft CSP Operations, tasks which include Quoting, Ordering, Billing & Escalations.
- Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the business units so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to meeting goals and deadlines.
- Resolves order and quotation problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Onboarding of Customers CSP Contracts with the Legal team.
- Ensuring on-time renewals and cancellations.
- Ensure that the sales team receive support as they request.
- Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to management as needed.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in any educational opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric is essential
- Professional Sales certification (eg: Vendors/Suppliers)
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing (Beneficial)
