As a Supervisor: Foreman at VW Kempton Park, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within the production environment. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrable experience in team management and leadership, including conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certification in production management or a related field.
- Previous experience within the automotive sector, particularly with high-volume production lines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production-related software and tools.
